Attention West Jackson County Utility District Customers:
Due to an issue with our vendor’s software, we are temporarily unable to process utility payments online or by phone.
At this time, payments must be made at our main office, located at 7200 McCann Rd, Biloxi, MS 39532. Payment options are available in the lobby, at the drive-thru, or through the overnight drop box.
We are working with the vendor to restore payment processing as quickly as possible and will provide an update when service is available again.

Boil Water Advisory!
A Boil Water Advisory is being issued for customers who live on:
- Bienville Dr, Cervantes Ct, Henri Ct, Seville Ct, Bordeaux Dr, Raggio Ln, Larochelle Dr, Colonial Ct, Lamont Dr, Malibar Ln, and St Martin North Elementary School.
We are posting this precautionary action because the system lost pressure. A broken water line/main repair caused the system in this area to lose pressure. When a water distribution system loses pressure, contaminants can siphon back into the system. Public Health Officials consider any system that has lost pressure contaminated until tests of the water prove otherwise.
As soon as pressure is restored to those customers affected, water system officials will begin collecting water samples for testing.
When pressure is restored, officials recommend that customers vigorously boil their water for ONE minute before it is consumed or use an alternate source for drinking/cooking.
